Our Name
J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. originated in Nampa, Idaho in 1954 when founders Sumner M. Johnson and Robert W. Underkofler formed a consulting engineering partnership. In 1962, William W. Briggs joined the team and in 1969, Johnson Underkofler & Briggs was formally incorporated as J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc.

Our Employees
Since our inception, J-U-B has been one of the leading consulting engineering firms in the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain West. Through steady and sustainable growth, J-U-B now employs nearly 375 people in 18 offices. The newest office, in Clarkston, WA, opened in August 2018.
