Satterfield Realty has withstood the test of time. Together with our subsidiary land company, Pocatello Creek Development Company, the Satterfield family has developed over 2500 residential and commercial lots in the Pocatello area. Ammon Y (AY) Satterfield had vision and drive and together with three of his sons, Charles, Homer, and Jack, they built a real estate company centered on integrity and home town values. Now in its fourth generation, Ryan Satterfield continues to manage the family companies based on those values.
